Once you’ve made any needed adjustments to your proposal you’ll accept our contract, secure your event date, and pay your non-refundable retainer. 

At this point your date is reserved and our team will be available to you for questions or concerns via email. 

Clarify: 

Prior to the event our team will reach out to you for your final details. We’ll clarify your final numbers, the event location, timing, additional requests or details, and confirm your final payment arrangements. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks. 

We’re always available should you have last minute changes but you won’t hear from us again until the team arrives for your event. 

We want to make this is easy for you! Should you have any additional changes after this please contact us within 72 hours of your event for the best available service.

On the day of your event, our team will arrive in professional attire with everything they need to be successful. We’ll handle our required set up, serve the event, assist with agreed services, and return the space to its original condition. 

You’ll never have to worry. 

Chicago Mixology will make sure your glass stays full but your to do list doesn’t.
